Need Ethernet MAC Address

Is there any way to obtain the hardware Ethernet Mac address for my PC, BEFORE I turn it on and connect it to my network?

I need to do this so that I can reserve/assign an IP address on my router in advance before I attach it to my network.

This is the information from the barcode on the bottom of my PC:
