About heat dissipation:
If your computer is overheating, check if the fan is spinning. You can also turn off Turbo Boost. Adjust power settings: Adjust the power settings on your computer to optimize performance and reduce heat. Lowering the maximum state of the processor or using power saving mode may help. Go to Control Panel—Power Options—Change to High Performance—Change Plan Settings—Advanced Settings—Processor Power Management—Change 100% to 99% for both, and then click Save.
