SER7 CPU FAN Defect

Hello Support,

my 3 month old Beelink SER7 has a defect cpu fan. The fan makes loud noises and rotates not correct. It’s kind of unbalanced and it seems to have an bearing defect. How do i get a new FAN to change the defect one. In my opinion this is a clear warranty case.

And where can I buy other spare parts.

Here are some solutions for the fan noise:
① Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

② If updating the BIOS cannot solve the problem, please adjust the fan speed, some item model have the fan control function in the BIOS, such as SER5560,SER5500,SER5600, SER 5700,SER5800.

③ Please adjust the VRAM in the BIOS, sometimes changing the VRAM can also help.

④Overheating. If your PC is overheating, please check if the fan spins. You can also turn off the turbo boost. Adjust power settings: Adjust the power settings on your PC to optimize performance and reduce heat generation. Lowering the maximum processor state or using power-saving modes can help.
Go to control panel —power option—change to High performance— change plan setting—advanced setting —processor power management— change both 100% to 99% , click save.

⑤Remove the fan, clean it and apply a very small amount of nonconducting lubricant to the shaft and reassemble the unit.
