GTI 14 185H 96gb ram upgrade not recognized completely

I have a GTI 14 185H which I have upgraded from 32GB(2 sticks x16 gb of ram) to 96GB(2 sticks x 48 gb of ram) of ram, unfortunately the BIOS 201 recognizes only 32GB looking like the BIOS is blocked at 32GB.

All ram testing are not showing any issues eventhough only 32GB are visible from 96GB.

Also clear CMOS which still did not changed anything.

What can be done in this case.

Hi there,

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. On Save&Exit page, please click Restore defaults, press enter to confirm, then press F4 to save. Then go to the system, turn off the PC, unplug the power supply. Next, plug it back and turn on the PC to check it again.

Mine recognizes the 96gb ram but only runs at 2700 MHz even thought bios recognizes at 5600 Mhz. How do I get it to run at 5600.
