Ever since I purchased this, the BIOS screen is cutoff when connected to a 4K monitor/TV. I seems to display correctly on an older 1080p system but I don’t have this anymore. Image description

Isn’t the included picture what you need? I’m having an issue with the sides of the screen being cut off, but you can see the bios number and serial number in the shot. The bios version shows at the bottom…

Hi there,

Your BIOS is the latest one.
Here are possible solutions:
① The 4K monitor or TV might have over - scan or zoom settings that are causing the BIOS screen to be cut off. These settings can vary depending on the make and model of the display.
Solution: Use the physical buttons on the monitor or the remote control for the TV to access the display settings menu. Look for options like “Aspect Ratio,” “Picture Size,” “Over - Scan,” or “Zoom.” Try adjusting these settings to “Full Screen,” “1:1,” or “No Over - Scan” to see if the BIOS screen becomes visible in its entirety.
② Try another HDMI cable.
③ Please go to device manager and uninstall the graphic driver , then install the new one.
