Hi, I also have a SER6ProMax with the Ryzen 7735HS.

I am facing the following challenges:

I can´t access the beelink download site, I always get an error message from the browser (Firefox as well as Edge), access from hompage results in an Norton Security alert about a malicious website.

I have a persistent problem with bluetooth, I checked the network/bluetooth card already. Most of the times the bluetooth does not start, sometimes after deactivation and restarting the devcie in the device manager it works perfectly during the session. Next start, same procedure again.

In addition I would like to update my bios, as it is quite old (you can see it´s from 2023.

Can you help?

same issue of Vhart2026 with bluetooth. i check bios version, is also the original one P5C8V22…can we receive last bios via email or DM ? (website .cn is also blocked by our internet provider)

Beelink CS-Rose Hi , thank you for your quick answer. The bluetooth driver was reinstalled multiple times, as well as the original one and the newest one from Intel. Same problem. Card is solid plugged in on the moterboard, wifi works perfect, but BT is unreliable as described.

As the driver is not the problem, and the card is correctly plugged in, I suspect a faulty chip or some issue with the circuit board.

1.Please clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (or poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds . 2.Please right click the windows–computer management–double click Services–bluetooth–start the service.

3.Please right click the windows —setting -troubleshooting —other troubleshooters— bluetooth—run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.

4.Please go to the windows terminal (admin) > type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.

I am having boot issues. Blue screens multiple times always with different errors, once running it is very stable.
Not sure if I need updated bios or just to reinstall all drivers.
