This morning, my U59 start automatically on BIOS not Windows. I get first Black screen withImage description

then i get Bios menu: Image description

and on Boot tab: Image description

The boot Manager is not available on boot options.

My SSD is it died?

I try to boot on USB key with HBCD: https://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/
HBCD starts.

If SSD is died, if i replace my SSD, how can i prepare the installation windows 11? Can i use my personnal windows 11 used on my laptop? That’s works?

Hello there,

Please send us a picture of the purchase record and a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC.
When the error shows up , please press ESC or enter key to see if you can skip this error.
Please press delete key as soon as you restart the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Then go to boot page, set SSD as the first option.
Please take out the SSD and reset it securely.

If it doesn’t work, we suggest you replace the SSD
