Any way to get EQR6 to permanently recognize 2 monitors?

Resetting the CMOS on the EQR6 allows it to recognize 2 monitors and all is well until it is powered off. Powering the system back on, only one monitor is recognized. Resetting the CMOS and allowing it to boot regains the second monitor. Powering it off again loses the monitor again. This needs a permanent solution. As it stands, it will need to be returned defective.

The Serial Number is Y69004LF90106 updated to bios revision FP7107 Still has to be reset every single time the PC is shut down in order to gain the second monitor back.

I already installed these drivers from the support page. It did not seem to solve the issue, but I will try again after removing the AMD drivers.
