I have the GTi14 Intel Ultra 9 185H purchased 12/2/2024. Videos are having some issues trying to play. When it starts to play it will look like the matrix all green lines and pixelated. Intel was sending a message about video driver updates. After doing the update is still has this same problem. I have tried to fine the shared memory settings for the video but it must not be a user feature in W11. I see in the bios that it is set to 18GB video memory with no way to change that, and 128MB was being used by the video.
In System Information It shows the Arc ram as 2GB.
Any one have this issue and is there a way to fix this?
Will the Beelink External GPU Docking Station help with this? I have one coming late December or early Jan.
