Firmware protection issue

Hello, Firmware protection is disabled. There is no indication of what causes it. memory integrity is on, memory access protection has learn more, local security authority protection is on, and Microsoft Vulnerable driver Blocklist is on but grayed out.

Could you please send us a picture of SN code at the bottom of machine ?

Could you please take a picture of the BIOS main screen of your machine for us to see?

Then we will see if your problem can be solved by updating BIOS.
