② May i ask are you connecting to the HDMI interface via USB4?
If it is connected to the TYPE C interface, there should be no problem, but if it is USB4 to HDMI, there may be compatibility issues.
③ The current sound is normal.
This may be due to the main screen and the secondary screen. The main screen is fully displayed, and the secondary screen is only displayed after entering the system.
Please try the following
Right-click on a blank area of the desktop and select Display settings.
In the Display settings window, you will see a layout of the two screens. If the two screens are not displayed, click “Detect” to try to re-identify.
In the image of the screen arrangement, select the monitor you want to set as the primary screen.
It will usually be marked 1 or 2.Scroll down and find the Multiple displays section.
