I have a a SER6 (model with AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX) but I’ve noticed a problem I was hoping to find some help with.
When I’m doing something particularly intensive (e.g. gaming) it quite frequently powers down. Sometimes it happens shortly after starting a session, sometimes a few hours in.
If I power the device back up it continues to operate as normal but it’s getting frustrating.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any suggestions for what might be causing it?
