Dear Beelink, I made the purchase from Amazon this year and right now is faulty. The hang at bootup can be seen from video. After it own self did an auto Microsoft update and requested restart and enter this state non stop, leave it for 6 hours but still same. Approach some of your colleague but problem doesn’t resolve, and was leave email hanging thus approach this forum. Following that I’ve done. 1) Downloaded driver pack from “ https://url.bee-link.cn/glzL ” , however missing ‘bootmgr’ and ‘bootmgr.efi’ . 2) Tried to boot from USB however keep appearing back at ‘Select Boot Device Page’ . 2) Reseated 2x SSD and 1x RAM . Device stuck at beelink logo and loading freezes/hang. May I know what is the next action for this issue? Best regards, Rafe

Sorry for the trouble.
Don’t worry, the PC has one-yea-warranty.

Here are some potential solutions:
First,Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (if no CMOS button, please put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it ) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes. If the problem persists, please try other solutions: Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.
