bootproblem

i have double boot win and unix. (i have installed unix on reception off the pc)
some time ago i did receive an update for unix, ==> result no more boot from unix only windows is loading all the time.
using del key to rearrange the boot sequence does not work, even ### windows hangs up and does not load , if i do not use del windows load .
how can i resolve this problem, thanks in advance for any advice.
