Hello, I just received my brand new SER9 that I purchased from Amazon. Needless to say, I was going through several of the security settings and noticed that the computer wouldn’t allow me to enable firmware protection. There isn’t even an option to do so on the “core isolation” screen. The computer is new and I haven’t added any 3rd party applications yet, I only installed the Google Chrome browser. Can someone please help me out with this?

Then we will see if your BIOS need to update. Click secure boot and choose enable , change the secure boot mode to custom, press F4 to save. ③ When the PC restarts, press delete key to go to BIOS again. change the secure boot mode to standard and press F4 to save. Hello, I enabled TPM 2.0 and AMD SVM. I checked the local security policy, per your instruction and didn’t find any local policies associated with secure boot, firmware update, or core isolation. I have the same problem which is causing also an error when I try to install Windows Update on my Beelink Ser9.
I already have spent several hours ro fix the Windows Update issue or even performed a Windows 11 Inplace Refresh.
Having received a message that there is an error occurring during First Boot.
Changed BIOS various times with different settings - no result.
Always receiving error codes indicating there is a driver which is causing a conflict with the security settings of Windows.
Can`t find out which driver exactly it is, since there is no exclamation marked driver in the settings configuration of the hardware devices.

Enabling Credential Guard requires hardware support for virtualization technology. Ensure that your CPU supports and has virtualization technology enabled ( AMD-V). Additionally, you need to enable Hyper-V and Core Isolation in the system.

I can now confirm that Beelink has solved the issue with its latest firmware. Just don’t forget to run the EoM file. https://www.bee-link.com/blogs/all/bios-update
I also got Credential guard up and running. I know some people had issue with this as well.
