Mini S13 PL1/PL2 Settings Question

Hi, my Mini S13 came out of the box with PL1 at 20000 and PL2 at 25000. Are these correct? Should they be 6000/25000 instead?

JLTMS PL1 is 20000, PL2 is 25000, which is our own configuration and is correct.
