Jean-Yves After doing more research on the web I found a solution. Very simple, it is to disconnect internet completely when you configure Windows 11. The security questions will be different and that avoids the bug that Windows never solved yet after many complaints.
PeterZ I had the same issue and initially setting up users as local accounts and then changing to an MS one works. However I just updated the BIOS to the latest version and after inputting my Bitlocker key the the login says “Something happened and your PIN isn’t available. Click to setup your PIN again”. Of course that doesn’t work and you are stuck. Luckily I had a local admin account setup so I could login to that or I would be returning the box to you. When is this issue going to fixed?

PeterZ support1 Hi, Thanks for the reply. I have worked around the issue and I am not sure I want to share my payment details and serial number with the web. It is a EQ14 purchased recently. I was just wondering what the issue was with account creation, whether it is a Beelink issue or a Windows 11/TPM one. Regards, Peter.
