I’ve got a brand new USB 3.2 WD External drive connected to my S12 Pro; I am able to access it without issue; but speeds copying to and from the drive over my 1gb network is incredibly slow. On any other PC on my network I am getting between 100-200MB/s without an issue; via the S12 Pro I am only see 10-12MB/s maximum? Suggestions, changes - or is this a hard limit???

    MrVila Hello there,

Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC ? Let’s do some troubleshooting. Here are some potential solutions:

Test the USB flash drive on another computer: This will help determine if the issue is with the flash drive itself or with your computer’s USB ports. If the flash drive works on another computer without any issues, then the problem may be specific to your computer.

Change USB port and cable: Try plugging the USB flash drive into a different USB port on your computer. Sometimes certain USB ports can have compatibility issues. Additionally, using a different USB cable (if applicable) can also rule out any issues with the cable itself.
