WinPE Drivers for ERQ5

WinPE 11 is unable to see the NVMe drive on my EQR5. I have downloaded the drivers from dr.bee-link and added the latest Dell WinPE driver pack, however WinPE is still unable to see the drive. Using a Win10 install disk, it sees the drive fine. Is there a particular driver I need for WinPE or is there something in the BIOS that is blocking WinPE from seeing the drive? I have many SER5 models that work fine with WinPE.

Hi there,

① There could be an issue with the WinPE 11 image itself. Try creating a new WinPE 11 image and adding the drivers again to see if that resolves the problem
②Please press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page.
We will check if you need to update the BIOS.
③ Did you change something in the BIOS, please restore defaults. Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. On Save&Exit page, please click Restore defaults, press enter to confirm, then press F4 to save.
