SER 7 boot up problem after will 11 update

Hello, my Ser7 7840HS refuses to work on Windows after a software update. I’ve tried different solutions, but all failed. Currently the computer boots to the initial screen and goes blank. So, I think I’m going to start fresh.

What is the correct process to install Win 11?

Do I need a win11 image from you?
