beelink ser8 (8845hs) problem

  1. If you install two RAMs, it is an infinite blue screen.
  2. (If at least one RAM is installed in the upper slot unconditionally)

Installation Specifications:
SK Hynix Platinum P41 NVMe SSD 1TB
Samsung DDR5 16G 5600 SO-DIMM

Method you tried:
-Samsung RAM is not defective (I checked)
-Replace ssd position
-Replace the RAM position
-Initialization of Bios
-Check if you go into BioS and see 32G

Conclusion:
Just put one ram on the bottom and everything’s normal
If you sign at least one or both at the top, it will definitely be blue screen or not turned on.
