Mini PC Minis13-A no HDMI AUDIO WINDOWS 11

Hi, i have a Minis13-A and sound device is there i even see the audio in the Volume Bar in Windows,
but there is no audio on TV with HDMI.

Drivers are up to date and i did bios reset.

I even had already a never Intel Graphics Driver (but tested your older), still the same, headphones is working but no hdmi :(
