Gti12 dock freezing issue

When I use the dock with egpu, computer freeze a short time after booting. Only mouse cursor can be moved.
Nvlddsvm error and video scheduler internal error are also happening with it. If this error not happened, computer just freezed and not working.
Without egpu everything goes fine, even ssd in the dock.

I tried to update dock firmware, reinstall windows, downgrade egpu driver.

What I have to do after it…? I can’t play games anymore because of this issue.

Hi there,

① Some eGPUs have their own control software. Open the software and look for options to reset the eGPU settings to default.
If there’s no such option in the software, you can try unplugging the eGPU, powering it off completely (if possible), and then powering it back on and reconnecting it to see if that clears any cached or incorrect settings.
② Please press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page.
We will check if you need to update the BIOS.
③Disconnect and reconnect the eGPU from the dock and the power source. Make sure all the connections are secure and there are no loose cables.
Try using a different Thunderbolt or USB-C cable if possible, as a faulty cable could be causing the problem.
