Which BIOS to use to update GTR7 PRO with RYZEN 9 7940HS?

I’ve searched for which BIOS to use to update my GTR7 Pro and also sent and email to Beelink but don’t think I was given the correct answer.
The BIOS that is currently in it is GTRP01P5C6V20 and the SN is A79403JF10007

Support sent me a folder called GTR7_V37 which has a file called:
Phx11HDF723002_GTR_P5C6V37_20231213154421_TSE1292.bin in it, is this the proper file? It’s from December 2023

The folder also has sub-folder named BOOT with a few other files in it.
