As a result of all the attempts I have made many times, I could not find a solution to the problem of GTR7 Pro restarting itself. The only solution I could find was to remove one of the rams. I tried the following before;

  • I updated all drivers
  • I updated the bios with the bios sent to me by the support team.
  • then I installed v38 bios yourself
  • I switched back to W10
    -I changed the HDMI cable and I could not achieve this with many cables (I also tried the original cable of PS5
    -I also tried on a different monitor and TV.
    -I ran the rams separately and changed their places.

And none of these worked. I could not manage to run the device with dual channel ram.

And finally I decided to buy a different brand of ram with a different frequency. I thought this might solve the problem and I think it actually worked. Currently, Kingstone brand 6400 mhz ram is installed and I have not had any problems for 1 day.
But now there is a different problem. 6400 mhz rams are recognized as 4800 on the bios and that’s why my gtr7 pro device gives lower results in graphics tests than before (I get lower scores in the results I made with 3D mark)

I cannot make any changes in the section where the RAM frequencies are written in the empty space. I paid a lot of money for this new ram and now it runs slower than before so my options are very bad. I should either use these rams with a lower frequency, or I should remove one of the rams and create a solution with high frequency but low capacity. Please explain to me how I can run my ram at 6400mhz frequency from the bios or suggest another solution.

Hello there,
May I know if the machine can work normal now?
It only can reach to the maximum of 5600 mhz.
If there is any other question, pls contact our email:support-pc@bee-link.com

I replaced the memories and my computer’s problems were resolved. Now, if I just learn how to increase the speed of the memory, there will be no problem. What should I do to upgrade to 5600 mhz?

    saotarus Hi there,

    Do you mean that it shows 4800MHZ in the BIOS ?
    Could you please offer us a screenshot ?
