Hello there,

You can paste the SN code picture and BIOS version picture (less than 120KB, png or jpg format) in the dialog box to reply us.
If your picture is too big, you can compress it by taking a screenshot.

Check BIOS version:
Please press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page.
We will check if you need to update the BIOS.
