Bluetooth Ser8 not working

Bluetooth on my Ser8 is not working. Sometimes, I turn on Ser8 and BT not working and I try to uninstall driver, install again. After that, it working well. But a few time later, this problem occurred again. It was very inconvenient because many times I did not have a keyboard and mouse to connect via USB.
Please help me to solve it.

Hello there,

Could you please send us a picture of SN code at the bottom of machine ?

Here are the possible solutions :

① Please go to the device manager to check if there is bluetooth driver, if no, please update the driver. Here is the driver source :https://dr.bee-link.cn/?dir= click the item model , then you can find the related driver.

② Please clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (or poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds . ③Please right click the windows–computer management–double click Services–bluetooth–start the service.

⑤.Please go to the windows terminal (admin) > type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.

Hello, is this tutorial valid for the SER8 8745hs?
I just purchased it and I have similar problems to those in the first message.
I also tried to connect an external Bluetooth USB but it is not able to install the drivers to make it work.
In the device manager, the Bluetooth icon has a warning, it says code 43 (device is not working properly) or code 10 if I disable and re-enable (device cannot start) but these errors are not cleared by reinstalling the drivers.
Pls help! Thanks!

Bluetooth does NOT show up in Windows 11 Settings/Network & devices screen on my SER8.
Device Manager shows Intel Wireless Bluetooth.
Right clicking Properties/General has this message:
"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. The signing certificate for this file has been revoked."

SOLUTION: I was able to find a list of drivers on this PC (sorry, don’t remember the exact sequence of how I found this - I think by clicking Troubleshooting).
It showed 3 drivers, one from way earlier, one from 11/24, and one from 12/24.
I clicked on 11/24 one,, and this seems to have fixed the problem - Device Manager/Bluetooth/Properties now shows 4 entries, all saying “This device is working properly.”
Bluetooth now shows up in Win 11 Settings/Bluetooth and devices.
NOTE: I am now getting a “driver out of date” notice from Norton, but I plan to ignore it for now!!

1.Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.
2.Also you could go to AMD website and download the auto-detect program.It will update some chipsets and video drivers automatically. It will identify and install appropriate drivers for their AMD hardware. The program works by scanning the user’s system to detect the installed AMD hardware components, such as graphics cards or processors. It then compares the detected hardware information with a database of AMD drivers and software versions.

Hello Beelink,
I’m still having some problems with my SER8 8845. Bluetooth has stopped working, as well as other subsystems I can see in Device Manager.
Based on what I’ve read about similar problems, I’ve followed these steps:
1- I cleared the CMOS by holding the reset button for 10 seconds and waiting 10 minutes without connecting the power.

2- I restarted de Bluetooth services.

3- I reinstalled the original drivers.

4- I updated to the latest AMD and Intel drivers.

5- I reinstalled Windows 11 Pro.

6- I updated the BIOS.

7- I replaced the AX200 board with a new one.

None of this has solved the Bluetooth problem, nor the USB 4.0 host router issue. I bought an external Bluetooth adapter, and it has the same problem.
My Windows 11 Pro version is 25H2.

Could you help me with this? Thank you in advance for your time.

Try this-

In the device manager, right click on the Intel Wireless Bluetooth adapter and select ‘Uninstall device’. If you have installed the latest Intel Bluetooth driver you don’t need to delete it when the next question pops up asking you to do so.
Reboot the system
Go back to the Device manager and the Intel Bluetooth device should have reinstalled itself.
Right click on it again and select Properties -> Power Management
Make sure all the boxes are unchecked. You do not want the system powering down this module.
