you got the computer with Windows 11 Pro preinstalled;
you don’t have a key;
the system is activated with a “digital license” which means it has already bounced off Microsoft’s activation servers;
in practice: after reinstalling the system (and connecting to the Internet) - it should activate itself;
but…
sometimes when changing hardware, it gets picky and demands a key;
so for safety - first you need to get the key and only then proceed to reinstallation; how do you get the key? write an email (with a photo of the sticker on the bottom of the computer with serial number, etc.) to support-pc@bee-link.com asking for the key;
