Hello Everyone, I’m having issues with setting up an external microphone on my Beelink MiniPC. My MiniPC : Beelink GTI14 Ultra 185H My Microphone : BOYA Mini 2.4GHz I tried two main ways to connect but nothing work: Connect it to the USB-C Port both on the front and on the back of the MiniPC. As it was not working I tried downloading some new drivers from Realtek but also this did not fix. Tried to connect the microphone through the Elgato Camera Hub. So the mic was connected to my phone. Also this did not work. I know the mic works because other devices (also othe computers) recognize it. Does somebody have a clue of what it could be? Thank so much in advance.! Image description

External Microphone Issue

Hello Everyone,
I’m having issues with setting up an external microphone on my Beelink MiniPC.

My Microphone: BOYA Mini 2.4GHz

I tried two main ways to connect but nothing work:

The BOYA mini series 3.5mm receiver is a 3-prong (TRS) interface? Our PC is 4-prong (TRRS) audio interface, you need to use an adapter to achieve compatibility.
