Nlaverde Could you please provide a screenshot showing that your system is Windows 11 Pro? The keys we provide typically do not support direct upgrades from Windows Home to Windows Pro.

Thank you for your response. Upon reviewing the paperwork that came with my Beelink device, I realized that it was supplied with Windows 11 Home, not Windows 11 Pro. My original request was based on a mistake on my part, and I apologize for the confusion.

Thank you for clarifying that the keys you provide do not support upgrading from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro.
