① Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and other USB devices, then put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.

②Please go to device manager, uninstall the Bluetooth driver, restart the PC.
③Please go to the device manager, roll back the Bluetooth driver to the original version.
