hello, i have a Beelink ser ryzen 5 5560u 16gb 500gb nvme wifi6 lan mini pc. it is new it has less then 100 hours on it and has win 11 pro, it is all up to date with windows and has nothing on it but chrome and some spec checking software and norton antivirus. It for no reason will reset itself while under no load just watching youtube 1 tab open and has done this about 3 times with no reason given in windows logs. the bios says fp655u504 date 09/13/2022. ram says crucial ddr43200 8gb x 2 with 500gb crucial CT500P3PSSD8. Complete stock never been opened is ran through a pure sinewave tripplite ups and i cant figure out for the love of god whats causing it, i can leave prime 95 running for an hour come back and still is running. So just when browsing watching youtube viddeos it wants to reset, has done it on wifi, and using the wired lan. Is there new drivers and bios possibly you can point me to to try upgrading it to see if that fixes it? It was a christmas gift to myself and basically sits unused and resets when the fan isint even on or under load. Some help with this would be appreciated as i can’t return it its way past 30 days and was bought through amazon on December 22, 2022, but has been in box un used till the last week - i can verify this through the power on time on the nvme drive. Please help I can’t find drivers or bios nothing through website and this seems to be the only way to obtain help. Is it likely defective? I am a certified network admisitrator with A+ certification so I know my stuff, i hope its just a bios update i need or drivers for it to fix the problem.
