SER8 Wake from sleep with power button?

Hello, When my SER8 goes to sleep, the power button blinks but it will not wake it up when I press the button. Is there a BIOS setting that will correct this? Thanks.

May i know if you use wired or wireless device ? please use wired one .

Please try some solutions here :
Disable Fast Startup
In Control Panel, click the Power Options. Select the Choose what the power buttons do. Uncheck the “Turn on fast startup.”, click save changes.

Please uncheck the save energy in the device manager—universal serial bus controller–USB hub—properties–power management—uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power”

For BIOS
Please send us a picture of SN number and BIOS version .
So we would be able to know whether it is latest BIOS and send you files accordingly.
Here`s how to check your BIOS version:

Prese : Win + R ,
Type : msinfo32
Send us the screen.
