U59 Pro hangs on restart

Good morning, looking for some help with this strange problem with one of my U59 Pro Mini PC’s running the latest version of Windows 11 Pro.
After many emails to support to get bios updated, I am also running on the latest bios, and I’m still have the same issue.
If I pull the power cord out, wait 3 minutes without resetting the Cmos, the PC will start normally and boot to Windows and work normally. If I choose SHUTDOWN in Windows the PC will shut off and then I can then push the power button, and it will again boot up normally. If I choose RESTART in Windows either after an update or I chose the option it goes through the restart process and when the power light turns back on, it will hang there with the power light on and the fan running and will not boot.
I’m still thinking Bios related and maybe a power option. Spent many hours on this just to get to the point where I can turn it on.

I tried fast boot, and it’s still doing the same thing only faster.

Stuck with the same issue and it’s not the first time I encountered it with my U59Pro.

In June 2024 I had the same problem and spent days troubleshooting and went through the slow process of getting a bios update file, installed it and the issue got better but didn’t completely go away. On restart it would hang with no display output for a couple of minutes but eventually POST and boot into Windows. Annoying but at least I could use the computer.

Today I tried to do a Windows update and the box froze at the very beginning of the update, no display, no responding to any inputs. Left it for about 10min and nothing changed. Forced a restart and now the box just boots with 100% fan speed and nothing happens. No POST, no display, no responding to inputs.

Tried leaving it unplugged for a while, resetting the CMOS, leaving it run for 15min and nothing will get it to POST. Just sit there with the fan running 100%.

EDIT: It seems to have come back to life again for some reason, after leaving it unplugged for 20-30min and plugging back in it booted. Tried to update Windows again and same crash and not booting. Guess I’ll have to plan a reinstall soon. This mini PC ended up being so time consuming.
