SER8: USB devices remain switched on when PC is shut down

I have a new SER8: https://www.bee-link.com/en-de/products/beelink-ser8-8745hs
As described above, external drives stay on when I turn off the computer.
I have worked my way through all the settings in Windows, but that doesn’t seem to be the problem. Could it be a setting in the BIOS? Please advise. I can show pictures of the device and the system information on request.

Please dont its normal situation.
usb port will be on after shutting down the PC for WOL function.
unless you pull out the plug.
Sorry for such inconvenience.

Hello there,

Here is tutorial cancel Wake On Lan(WOL) in Windows:
1.Find Device Manager, click Network adapters on the right, select “Realtek PCle GBE Family Controller”, right-click “Properties”.
2.Click Power Management, uncheck the “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”, “Allow this device to wake the computer " and “Only allow a magic packet to wake the computer”3 items, Click OK to complete the setting.
