EX Dock Station runs GPU fans at max if it's on but the GTI PC is not.

Hello!
I just got the GTi13 Ultra PC 13900HK(96GB+2TB)& EX Docking Station. I have a EVGA 3080 attached. When I power on the EX dock it runs the fans on the 3080 at max, until I turn on the PC then it stops this and operates normally. The issue here is when I shut off the PC the EX Dock stays on and thus just runs the fans at max all the time until the PC is started again, or the EX dock station is powered off..

I’m planning on placing this in an Arcade Cabinet, So Ideally I can shut off the PC without needing to also shut off the EX dock station. Is there anyway to get this to not happen?

Hi there, please go to 【BIOS】-【Advanced】-【System Agent（SA）Configuration】-【Graphics Configuration】-Set【Primary Display】to【IGFX】-press F4 to save and exit.

Thanks for the reply, I checked bios and it was already set to that, so unfortunately that hasnt solved the issue.

Sorry, after we check, there is no setting to turn off the PC while the docking station turn off automatically.
So you need to manually turn off the docking station when you don’t use it.
