USB Ports not working with USB Enclosure

Hi!
I have a Beelink S12 with Proxmox installed on it. I am trying to create a NAS using a USB Enclosure, the Mediasonic HF7-SU31C. The problem is that the USB ports of the MiniPC are not working as expected and has been impossible to create a ZFS pool storage on the Proxmox Host, TrueNAS Core, and Xpenology. It first shows the HDDs from the enclosure but in the end, all the operations with the HDDs fail.

I already tested the HDD, the enclosure with other computer, and even installed Proxmox on a spare computer to test if the issue was related with the virtualization. But no, with a different computer, my setup works perfectly.

Is there any solution for these USB problems?

Here are some solutions:
Pls update the driver.Here is the driver source :https://dr.bee-link.cn/?dir= click the item model , then you can find the related driver.

Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Change Plan Settings > Change Advanced Power Settings.

Under USB Settings, ensure USB Selective Suspend is Disabled.

Please uncheck the save energy in the device manager—universal serial bus controller–USB hub—properties–power management—uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power”

Test with a Powered USB Hub:

Connect the Mediasonic enclosure to a powered USB hub to ensure stable power delivery.

Adjust Proxmox Settings:

Ensure USB passthrough is correctly configured in Proxmox.

Check logs (dmesg or journalctl) for USB-related errors.
