Hello,

I’m on SEi i5-1035G4 which currently running Win 11 Pro 21H2 and any action requiring firmware protection keeps saying it’s missing.
Most importantly windows 11 udpates fail telling :

This PC doesn’t currently meet Windows 11 system requirements (even though it’s running win 11)
Here’s why : The PC must support TPM 2.0

When I run tpm.msc I got

Compatible TPM cannot be found.

Please note that Advanced / Trusted Computing / Security Device Support = Enabled in the BIOS

Any help is appreciated.
Regards

Hi there,

Please check the picture, please add a resistor at the arrow. The specifications of the resistor are 1K ohm, 0402 package, and 1% tolerance.
You can have it repaired in your local workplace.
Or you can contact our support to send the item back for repair.
Here is our email support-pc@bee-link.com

Does this same repair work on the SEi i5-1035G1 model? Could you confirm the pads where the resistor needs to go? The two surrounded by the white square or the two pads above this?
Thanks!

I’ve added a resistor as you specified (diagonally at the tip of your arrow in the picture), but I still don’t see the TPM in the device manager. I do have it enabled in the BIOS as mentioned above.
What am I missing? Thanks again.

Droid307 Could you please send us a picture to show the resistor that you added ?
