SER5 - Random Rebooting (Multiple Times Daily)

Hello!

I am not (nor never have) been verry computer savvy, but I have loved every second of my mini pc! I have the Mini PC Ryzen 7 5800H and it has exceeded all expectations.

I have had this pc since May/June. Over the last few weeks, it has restarted on its own often. I am trying to make note of what programs are running when this happens (I run Explorer, Chrome, and Discord with Video/Audio). Typically the pc will restart at least 2-3 times a day, but there is no delay from power off to power on, its immediate every time.

Hello, sorry for that, pls uinstall the graphic driver and then update it to see if that could work.

2.You can also turn off the turbo boost. Go to control panel —power option—change to High performance— change plan setting—advanced setting —processor power management— change both 100% to 99% , click save.

My SER5 PRO-E 5700 has also started crashing multiple times a day. It passes three days of five passes of Microsoft memory tests, and the Windows SFC tool finds no image corruption. Plus, it has hung WHILE IN THE BIOS as well.

It has turned into an unreliable machine.

Hmm. After reading another thread on similar crashes, I used the CMOS reset with a paper clip, and also removed and reinstalled the display driver as the support person suggested above. I let the Adrenaline device driver update itself, too. SO FAR, my machine has stayed running
since I did this.

I would still like to be able to update the BIOS, in case that is related. Currently running BIOS SER5H508.
