Beelink SER5 with AMD Ryzen 5 5560U with Radeon Vega 7

So I am trying to overclock the mini PC in the bios but when I change my ram speed higher, and restart it, it boots but it shows a black screen. Why and what can I do.
When I download the MSI afterburner and overclock the fan or the cpu, I click save but it wont save and overclock. any solutions

I have another problem with this PC as well. When I plug it in, it makes a click sound as soon as I plug it in and it won’t turn on, no lights.
