Please email us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of the purchase record to confirm.
Here are some potential solutions:
CLR CMOS (Please send us a short video of how you do it)
First, please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable.
Secondly, Please hit the “CLR CMOS” button for about 10 seconds.
Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again,
once turn on the PC, you will need more than one minute to wait for the PC to enter the system.
See if it works. Please try few more times.
If the problem persists, please try other solutions:
1.Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.

3 Please leave only one RAM inside. see if working.
When testing, please turn on the PC, and wait about one minute.
if you can go to the system, Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.
4.Please tell us if the Keyboard light is on ?(Very important). If the keyboard light is on, it should go to the system, we need to troubleshoot HDMI or the monitor.
