Hi there, Your BIOS is the latest one. About the keyboard, please go to device manager and update the keyboard driver. Also, you can try to clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and put the pin in the pinhole and press it ) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes. My U59 cannot output display via USB Type-C. Data transfer and sound work fine.
Would updating to the latest BIOS fix this?
Or is there a BIOS setting I can adjust?

Which monitor model are you using?
Monitors connected via a Type-C port generally require low-power models.

Monitor is mirabook.
Samsung Galaxy Z fold was able to display on this screen with using samsung dex.
In the case of u59, nothing displayed on the screen, but other functions such as the mouse and sound worked without issue.
