On the other hand I have an error, I cannot use any keyboard (USB, Bluetooth, etc…) only the on-screen keyboard works, the others are detected but they do not write or do anything. Thank you

Hi there, Your BIOS is the latest one. About the keyboard, please go to device manager and update the keyboard driver. Also, you can try to clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and put the pin in the pinhole and press it ) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes. I have the common issue that m2 drive doesn’t be recognized (m2 drive still working on other pci slot…) then could be the bios flash. S/N: A50952IH70333 , U59V1-E-8256SD0W64PRO-A Don’t worry about my version, i just need to reflash the latest bios version available for this U59 of mine… latest version. Did you put all the BIOS files in the root directory of the USB drive?

If you are unsure, you can send us a complete screenshot of the root directory of the USB drive for inspection.

Explanation of the root directory：
1. Plug your USB into a computer and double-click to open the USB disk itself — this window is the root directory.
2. Place the BIOS file directly here.
3. If you create a folder and put the file inside it, the motherboard will fail to read the BIOS file during the BIOS flash process.

if I turn off the pc it doesn’t boot anymore. Then I need to reset CMOS, wait a while and hope it will work again.
When it starts then works normally.
Can you send me updated bios and procedure to flash from usb?
