EQR6 Drivers for Win11 Re-Install

Hi, trying to re-install Win11 after incorrectly installing a dual boot for Ubuntu and I keep getting stuck at the start of the Win11 install where it is asking for drivers to continue.

Can someone point me at the right place to download these for the Win11 install process please ?

I did download the driver rar file from https://dr.bee-link.cn/?dir=uploads%2FEQR%2FEQR6%2FEQR6%2F
and had those available for the install process but it still says driver not found.

If theres a guide to re-installing the EQR6 then I’d appreciate a pointer too :-)

Hi, thanks for the pointers. I read the document you linked before proceeding ….
I downloaded the firware RAR and created the boot USB per the document.

But when copying the firmware files I got an AntiVirus block on WinPE.exe in the scripts directory.
I isolated the file. Can you send a clean copy of the file please so I can continue.

I did use the file as a test build run on the EQR6 in any case since there is no data there yet. When the EQR6 boots the install procedure, the procedure stops in a system manager screen with an error about 2 images in the Images directory.

Can you tell me what the fix for that is ?

Hi, following up on this thread — I’m in the same situation (Ubuntu overwrote Windows on my EQR6) but I’m on a Mac, so I can’t run Winpe.exe.

I downloaded EQR6-WWWFIRMWARE.rar from the EQR6 folder and extracted it — it has Boot, EFI, Sources, Scripts, Test_Tool, and an images folder containing install20240629.wim (11.63GB), plus BackupOS, Factory, OEM, and Audit subfolders.

Since the Boot/EFI structure looks like standard Windows install media, I’m planning to split install20240629.wim into FAT32-sized chunks and build a bootable USB manually (no Winpe.exe) on the Mac.

Before I spend time on that — does this factory image require Winpe.exe/the Windows-only tool to actually drive the restore (e.g. does Scripts or Test_Tool need to run something during setup), or will a standard UEFI boot from a manually-built USB work on its own?

Also, if there’s a simpler Mac-compatible route you’d recommend for the EQR6 specifically, I’m all ears. Thanks for your help on this!

JohnD Thank you for your detailed question.

The official EQR6 system restore relies on a WinPE environment and the Test_Tool script to complete the system restore. Winpe.exe only supports Windows systems and cannot perform the standard restore process on a Mac computer alone.
