Hi,

And just this morning I “struggled” with expanding RAM to 96GB and v25.2.1 which then starts to really mess things up.
The solution was/is to go back to v24.8.1 (then everything works fine, 96GB RAM, integrated card, both monitors, dynamic memory allocation, even LLM 70B - admittedly slow but still).
I wonder what this version would spoil :)
Hm, now these drivers aren´t proposed anymore for SER9. Good.
I’m looking from the perspective of a SER8 user with an 8845H processor and looking here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/processors/ryzen/ryzen-8000-series/amd-ryzen-7-8845hs.html they are still being promoted =>

Too late. Was installing the Adrenalin update and it crashed the computer. It kept cycling through reset until recovery options popped up. Tried rolling back updates, restore system, etc and nothing worked. Finally tried resetting the entire system, and it got partially through that when it tried to reset again. Now it’s eternally resetting and I can’t get the recovery screen to open.
Anyone know a fix?
I managed to get mine operational by booting into safe mode and installing previous driver

Hello there,
Could you please send us a picture of SN code at the bottom of machine ?
Have you tried to reinstall the system?
Could you please take a picture of the BIOS main screen of your machine for us to see?
Here is the tutorial of how to check the BIOS version: https://mega.nz/#F!yuISGa4I!s1bQQajKwnsEdzjqq4nopQ .
Then we can help you better.
Have a nice day!
FYI, I had the same issue and solved it by updatading the BIOS from the January update [https://www.bee-link.com/blogs/all/bios-update]
After the BIOS update I was able to install Adrenaline 25.3.1 just fine.
Hello, so I guess the BIOS update solves the issue.
Anyway, I’m a bit confused with the info on how to proceed on “Beelink SER9 Pro AMD Ryzen™ AI 9 HX 370” with 32GB of RAM and serial number beginning with Y. Is there any need of usage of EoM.exe? As I see this in the “important notes” the info “4. EOM file usage instructions: For the V103.P8C0M0C15.73 version of SER9 Pro 365/HX370, please extract the EOM file to the desktop, right-click and run Eom.exe as an administrator, then restart your device.” but the document “SER9-V103_15_73_Y–Use-USB-to-flash-BIOS-Tutorial.docx” doesn’t contain any info about that, could please someone clarify? Thanks
If your machine is SER9 and the SN starts with B or Y, and there is a firmware protection problem, you can flash this BIOS.
And unzip the EOM file, execute EOM. Finally, restart.
Generally speaking, a machine that is operating normally will not have firmware protection issues.
May i ask what’s the problem with your machine?
If you need to update this BIOS, we will give you the corresponding BIOS and tutorials.
