I recently bought a Beelink SER9 and had to do a fresh install of Windows 11 due to some graphics driver install issues. However, now there are some hardware components which are not functioning properly, such as e.g. a “PCI Device”, a “PCI Encryption/Decryption Controller” and an “Unknown Device” as per the device manager. I am guessing these are connected to the Thunderbolt I/O controller. I am assuming this issue exists because I do not have the correct Beelink hardware drivers installed for this system. Could anyone advise on how to download and install the Beelink drivers for this chipset? I did find a large ZIP file with drivers on the beelink website - but unfortunately it’s rather unclear how to install the correct drivers. Any support will be much appreciated! Thank you in advance…
EDIT: I did find the chipset drivers in the ZIP file downloaded from the Beelink website and installed them successfully. Now, there are no more errors in the device manager - but it seems that the Thunderbolt port may still not be working correctly. I am trying to get the system to work with an eGPU (Radeon 7600M XT) connected via the Thunderbolt 4.0 port. While the eGPU is recognized correctly in both the device manager and the installed AMD Adrenalin drivers, along with the Radeon 890m iGPU from the SER9 AMD APU, the eGPU runs extremely slow. It almost seems af is the bandwidth of the Thunderbolt connection is insufficient. This is just a blind guess however. Again / still, any help solving this will be highly appreciated…
