GTi14 Ultra 9 - AI NPU capabilities not working

Hi I have a GTi14 with Ultra 9 185H and I think the AI capabilities are disabled. All the Windows Studio Effects options are missing.
I updated the AI Boost drivers with the latsest Intel NPU driver, installed succesfully. I have also enabled GNA in the Bios and installed the drivers successfully. Yet, nothing works. The NPU is alwys 0% in the Task Manager and I have no Studio Effects options in my camera settings, on the quick Settings menu or anywhere. Windows 11 Pro is up to date to 24H2.
Can anyone help please?

In the Device Manager, find the Intel NPU device and the camera device. Right - click on each and select “Properties”. Go to the “Driver” tab and click “Roll Back Driver” if the option is available. This can help if the new driver you installed is causing problems.

support1 no I don’t think that’s it. I never saw the Studio Effects even before updating the drivers. Actually I updated the driver’s exactly because I was trying to get it to work.

NPU shows up in the task manager but it’s always 0%

liongalahad I think that for Windows Studio and Copilot+ etc they require at least 40TOPS and the Core Ultra 9 185h only does 11TOPS
