Hello there,
Sorry for the trouble.
Don’t worry, the PC has one-year warranty. Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC.
AMD has acknowledged the error on its official blog, though there is no one-click solution to fix this error yet. If you experience this error, here are a few working solutions to eliminate AMD Driver timeout in Windows 10 and 11.
- Clear Shader Cache
To resolve the issue, you can reset the Shader Cache. Here’s how to do it:
Launch the AMD Software and open Settings (Gear icon).
Next, open the Graphics tab.
Click Advanced to view the advanced options.
Scroll to Reset Shader Cache and click Perform Reset. Click OK to confirm the action.
- Update the new graphic driver.
Please go to device manager and uninstall the graphic driver and install the new one.
Please go to AMD website and download the auto-detect program. It will update some chipsets and video drivers automatically. It will identify and install appropriate drivers for their AMD hardware. The program works by scanning the user’s system to detect the installed AMD hardware components, such as graphics cards or processors. It then compares the detected hardware information with a database of AMD drivers and software versions.
- Disable Fast Startup
In Control Panel, click the Power Options. Select the Choose what the power buttons do. Uncheck the “Turn on fast startup.”, click save changes.
- If you uninstall the graphic driver ,and you still encounter the timeout issue, please disable the windows update. To disable the Windows Update service in Services Manager, please follow the steps below:Press Windows key+R.Type services.msc, then hit Enter.Search for Windows Update. Right-click on Windows Update, then select Properties. Under General tab, set the Startup type to Disabled. Click Stop.Click Apply, and then click OK.
Then click Recovery tab–First failure choose take no actions, second failure choose take no actions, subsequent failures choose take no actions.
- Set Your PC to the Best Performance Mode. Right click windows , on the search bar , type control panel, press enter, go to control panel and then choose power option, set the power plan as high performance.

6.Please go to BIOS and change the VRAM to a larger one. But the amount of VRAM should be less than one fourth of the total RAM capacity. For example, if your RAM capacity is 32GB, you can set the VRAM to no more than 8GB.
7.Please reduce the refresh rate. Please right click the blank page of the desktop , choose display setting , go to advanced display setting, change the refresh rate , for example, change 60HZ to 50 HZ.
Hope this helps.
Best regards!
