Do you mean you can’t enter the bios page? Boot delays are usually related to the hardware self-test (POST) process, possibly because a hardware device takes too long to detect.
①First, Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (if no CMOS button, please put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it ) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes. ②Disable Fast Startup
In Control Panel, click the Power Options. Select the Choose what the power buttons do. Uncheck the “Turn on fast startup.”, click save changes.
