GTR Pro Bios issue

I cannot upgrade my bios because it conflicts with the Secure Boot Plolicy. I can’t disable it or do any of the setting in there. Is there a way I can do something about it, since I think I have to disable Secure Boot in order to update my bios? Could someone please advise. Image description

gocika Hi there, please disable secure boot in the BIOS ,then you can update the BIOS.

but my point is that I can’t disable or do anything… It’s all greyed out, the selections are not enabled. They are supposed to be blue in order to be able to change them, and I can’t. Basically, anything on that page is not changable, therefore nothing i can’t do.

gocika Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and other USB devices, then put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.
